My Approach

I am committed to working in a partnership with clients and empowering them to recognize their existing strengths and discover new ones, enabling them to achieve their goals and make meaningful, positive changes in their lives. I have a deep belief in the importance of creating a therapeutic relationship based on trust and safety and working collaboratively with clients to build a strong foundation for their mental health and wellness journey. I specialize in a range of areas including anxiety issues, stress management, life change adjustment, grief and loss, trauma, relationship issues, and professional/career concerns. I strive to provide supportive care for individuals and couples and work with clients to identify their goals and how best to reach these. I work with individual adults (18+) and couples from all walks of life offering a supportive and non-judgmental space for personal growth. Additionally, I have extensive experience in working with C-Suite level executives, legal professionals, medical professionals; as well as elite athletes at the high school, college, and professional levels. I am also affiliated with Backline, a nonprofit organization supporting touring musicians and their families.

I employ evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, going to the gym, traveling, reading, watching movies, and listening to a wide variety of music.
