Therapy Sessions: In-Person and Virtual

I’m excited to offer both in-person and virtual therapy for clients in Wisconsin. For clients in Ohio, Pennsylvania, New Mexico, South Carolina, and Minnesota I provide virtual services. I use a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform for all sessions. You can schedule appointments through my Headway site using the link below, with options for insurance or self-pay (see below for a list of current insurances I am in-network with). Whether you prefer to self-pay or use your health insurance, I look forward to working with you. Simply click one of the links below to check your insurance coverage and book your first session.

Online Life Coaching

At times, we encounter challenges or situations that don't require therapy. What might help instead is a supportive listener, a goal-oriented focus utilizing a variety of resources, and brainstorming to help you

overcome challenges and barriers. Coaching can help make a positive difference in these situations. Life coaching provides the support and guidance needed for those feeling at a crossroads, helping them to

move their life or career forward in positive and constructive ways. I am able to offer coaching to clients

located anywhere in the world! Coaching is not covered by insurance - contact me directly to arrange a

coaching session.

Insurance Coverage for Therapy

I'm excited to share that I now in-network with numerous insurances. A partial list of insurance providers I am currently in-network with includes: Aetna, Cigna, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield Wisconsin, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield Ohio, Independence Blue Cross Pennsylvania (Virtual Network), Quest Behavioral Health, Carelon Behavioral Health, with more to come in the months ahead.

If you're interested in utilizing insurance, simply click either link below to my Headway or Alma sites where you will be able to see if I'm in-network with your provider and access all the information you need. Both Headway and Alma manage my billing and admin. work so that I can place all of my focus on our work together. These companies handle everything related to payments and insurance to make things as easy as possible for you.
